China on blue alert

Photo Courtesy: chinadaily China’s national observatory maintained its blue alert, the lowest level in a four-tier warning system, after a cold front hit parts of central and east China. Temperatures are expected to remain near freezing in many of the southern Chinese provinces, the National Meteorological Center (NMC) said. Cities including Changsha, Hangzhou, Hefei, Guiyang, Nanchang, Nanjing, Shanghai, and Wuhan saw their temperatures drop below zero degrees Celsius. Chinese to come in droves with new air routes to PHL

Visit Malaysia Year 2020 promotion campaign was officially launched in conjunction with ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) 2018 at Chiang Mai, Thailand. Malaysia’s Minister of Tourism and Culture, YB Dato’ Seri Mohamed Nazri Aziz launched the Visit Malaysia 2020 promotion campaign for the first time at the ASEAN Tourism Forum. For much to the delight of the travel community, the government has recently lifted the ban only to re-impose it in a couple of days’ time. The government lifted the ban, only to reverse its decision less than a week later. Vistara offers direct flight from Delhi to Chennai on Feb 15

Tata SIA Airline Limited, popularly known as Vistara, has declared the extension of Chennai to its bolster chain, composing it as the 22nd station for the airlines chain. From February 15, 2018, Vistara will have regular flight between Delhi and Chennai and boost the frequency to twice a day from March 1, 2018. Vistara will also offer daily direct flights from Chennai to Port Blair from March 1, 2018 onwards. Early bookings are now available across all channels.
