Tourism Fraternity meet explores possibilities of tourism in Malabar

The newly operational Kannur International airport has been changing the perspective of tourism in northern Kerala. In order to give the right direction for the development of tourism in the Malabar region and to exploit the unexplored areas, a Tourism Fraternity Meeting was held in Kannur on 7th February 2019. Kerala reconstitutes Tourism Advisory Committee

Government of Kerala has reconstituted the State Tourism Advisory Committee headed by Kadakampally Surendran, Minister for Tourism, for the period of 2018-2020. The new committee has four new members from Thiruvananthapuram along with the existing 18 members from the Travel and tourism industry in the outgoing committee constituted in 2016. Kerala Blog Express flagged off

The fifth edition of the much awaited, annual two-week-long bus trip, the Kerala Blog Express, organised by state Tourism Department has been flagged off from Mascot Hotel by Minister for Tourism Kadakampally Surendran. “The two-week journey by ‘Kerala Blog Express’ would cover all the important destinations in Kerala and would conclude the trip in Kochi on 1st April.
