Latest figures show that Jordan’s tourism saw an 8.6 per cent increase in revenue hitting $3.2 billion from around the world within 7 months of 2019 (January- July 2019). Emirates to operate scheduled A380 service to Amman

Emirates will operate its A380 aircraft to and from Amman between 01 June and 26 October 2019, in response to increased demand for travel during the summer period. This adjustment will see the airline operate one of its three daily flights on the route (EK 903/904) with its flagship A380. Tourism revenue of Jordan shows increase during the first 11 months

Tourism Ministry of Jordan revealed on Monday that the revenue from tourism has reached USD 4.87 billion during the first 11 months of 2018. The revenue from tourism was USD 4.6 billion in 2017, while in 2016 it was USD 4.1 billion, as per records of the Central Bank of Jordan. As per the monthly statistical bulletin of the ministry, the number of inbound tourists during the month of November 2018 is showing an increase of 40.1 per cent, when compared to same period of 2017. Jordan tourism organizes a cultural walk to mark World Tourism Day

Abdali, Jordan The Jordan Inbound Tour Operators Association (JITOA) is organizing a cultural walk – ‘Walk Through Time’- on October 13 to commemorate World Tourism Day (WTD). People from the old Jabal Luweibdeh to the modern Abdali district will participate in the event. Jordan announces launch of ‘Art Destination Jordan’

The Jordan Tourism Board, in partnership with Universes in Universe-Worlds of Art, has launched ‘Art Destination Jordan’, a website that gives a glimpse into both the modern and ancient art scene in Jordan, on the first day of ITB Berlin.
