North East Festival begins in Delhi
The sixth edition of the popular North East Festival, Delhi’s largest cultural festival in terms of footfall and variety, begins today at the IGNCA (Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts), Janpath. The festival, which will be concluded on October 28, promises to be a colorful extravaganza, greater spectacle, bringing together the magnificent North East under one forum.
