3rd edition of Dwijing Festival of Assam will start from Dec 27

From the press meet The 3rd Edition of the Dwijing Festival will be held from December 27, 2018, and continue till January 7, 2019. It was officially announced on 19th December 2018, in a press conference held at Novotel, Guwahati. Minister of Tourism, Chandan Brahma and Chairman, ATDC, Jayanta Malla Baruah etc., have taken part in the press meet. Manas National Park in Assam opened for tourists

Renowned tourism destination and World Heritage Site of Assam, Manas National Park, was opened for tourists on Wednesday, 10th October 2018. The national park was inaugurated by Kampa Borgoyari , Deputy Chief of Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC). A huge gathering was present on the occasion. To the amusement of the visitors traditional art forms like Bihu dance, Zikir, Bodo dance and Naam Prasang were performed on the inauguration. A huge procession was taken out on the occasion. IIE organizes adventure tourism fest in Assam

IIE Officials at the press meeting at Guwahati (Picture Courtesy: Manash Das) Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE) is organizing ‘North East Adventure Tourism Festival’ at Bogamati in Baksa district of Assam, from 13th to 16th September 2018.
