Kerala to be the first state to implement UNWTO’s ‘Tourism for All’

Tourism Minister Kadakampally Surendran addressing the gathering Kerala Tourism has launched the first phase of its ambitious Barrier-free Kerala tourism project on 4th March 2019, making 70 destinations across the state disabled and elderly friendly, becoming the first state in India to implement UN World Tourism Organization’s call for ‘Tourism for All. Home minister Rajnath Singh inaugurates Paryatan Parv 2018 Union home minister Rajnath Singh reiterated that India is full of cultural diversity but yet it is unbreakable and it is being developed as a tourist destination. He was inaugurating the second edition of ‘Paryatan Parv’ (Tourism Festival) at Rajpath Lawns in Delhi on Sunday.  K.J.
