Venkaiah Naidu, Vice-President of India, said that India’s rich cultural, historical, religious and natural heritage provides a huge potential for development of tourism and creation of employment opportunities. He was inaugurating the Indian Culinary Institute at Tirupati, near the Renigunta airport on Monday, 25th September 2018. Indian Culinary Institute to be inaugurated on Aug 19

Vice President of India, M Venkaiah Naidu will inaugurate the Indian Culinary Institute on August 19 in Tirupati.  The construction of the Rs 98.6 crores ICI has been completed. Union Minister of Tourism K J Alphons will also participate in the programme. The State government has provided 14.21 acres of land for ICI near Tirupati Airport. The completed works have been visited by Visiting secretary of department of tourism Mukesh Kumar Meena, APTDC MD Himanshu Shukla and district collector P S Pradyumna. “With the expansion of tourism sector, the students who come out of ICI may get good employment opportunities,” said Mukesh Kumar.  ...
