Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Emirates Airlines of UAE has signed MoU with Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh City of Vietnam to boost tourism and trade. The agreement was inked during the visit of Nguyen Thanh Phong, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, to UAE with a delegation.
