Landmark Abu Dhabi aquarium to open by 2020 in Al Qana

The National Aquarium at Al Qana in Abu Dhabi is now 70 percent complete and will open in 2020. The attraction is set to be the biggest aquarium in the Middle East, housing 33,000 marine animals. The 7,000-square-metre aquarium, made up of 10 zones, is being developed by Al Barakah International Investment. Etihad increases frequencies to London Heathrow for the busy summer season

Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, will boost its services from Abu Dhabi to London Heathrow during the busy summer period. The additional flights will be operated by a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, supplementing the current three daily all-Airbus A380 services between both capital cities. Etihad to go double-daily from Abu Dhabi to Moscow Domodedovo

Building on the success of its current daily service between the capitals of the UAE and Russia, Etihad Airways has announced a new second daily flight between Abu Dhabi and Moscow’s Domodedovo airport, which will operate seasonally between 27 October and 10 May 2020. The additional flight, operated by an Airbus A320, will provide more convenient travel options between the two capital cities as passengers can now choose between a daytime and evening departure from both Abu Dhabi and Moscow. Marriott to add 11 new properties in UAE by year-end

Hospitality giant Marriott is planning to add 11 new properties in the UAE by year-end, bringing its portfolio to 59 properties and over 17,000 rooms in the across the six Emirates. In 2018, around 6 properties have been added so far and the hospitality major is planning to add five more in the country this year itself.
