Metbah Lyngdoh, Tourism Minister, Meghalaya Metbah Lyngdoh, The Meghalaya Minister for Tourism, was the chief guest in the Rugala Ceremony of the Hundred Drums Wangala Festival held on Friday, 9th November 2018 at Asanggre near Tura.
