Iranian-American chef Ariana Bundy is set to open her first restaurant at The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences in Dubai in late 2019. Ariana’s Persian Kitchen will showcase the award-winning TV chef and cookbook author’s take on Persian food, with a twist in terms of textures, ingredients, and presentation.
