KSRTC launches new site-seeing service to the High Range

Following the success of KSRTC’s Munnar Sightseeing Package, KSRTC is ready to test the Sightseeing model in Idukki. The new plan will connect the major tourist destinations in the High Range. The new plans are aimed at resolving the financial crisis. The service will start from Kumily at 8 am and reach Parunthumpara, Vagamon, Ayyappan Kovil suspension bridge, Anchuruli Falls, Ramakkalmedu, and Chellarkovil at 6.00 pm. Ready to walk through the tunnel in the dark?

Anchuruli tunnel; This tunnel was constructed in 1974 by the Kerala State Electricity Board to carry water from Irattayar Dam to Idukki Dam.
