Kaling Moyong , West MLA of Pasighat, Arunachal Pradesh, has launched boating in the majestic Siang river for tourists and visitors at Komlighat as part of the tourism promotional activities in Siang region, The tourist season begins with the beginning of winter in Siang Valley and Arunachal Pradesh in general.
