The President, Ram Nath Kovind at the inauguration of the International Buddhist Conclave- 2018 The President of India Ram Nath Kovind inaugurated the “International Buddhist Conclave (IBC), 2018” today. The Minister of State (Independent charge),  K J Alphons presided over the inaugural function.
