Beypore International Water Fest starts today

Beypore International Water Fest kicks off today. Padma Shri Mammootty will inaugurate the fest at 6 pm. You can enjoy the diversity of Kozhikode as part of the fest. One of the main attractions of the fest is that the characters of Vaikom Muhammad Basheer are arranged in sand sculptures. Director Ranjith inaugurated the children’s kite-flying event. The fest will feature the unique flavors of the famous Kozhikode. Beypore International Water Fest is organized from December 26 to 29. The fest is jointly organized by the Tourism Department and the District Tourism Promotion Council.

Competitions, including kayaking, will begin at 12 noon on the 27th. There will be a flea market and food fair every day from 3 pm to 9 pm. National Kite Festival on the beach grounds from 2 pm on the 28th. Bamboo rafting competition on the 29th from 10 am. Boat parade from Beypore Fishing Harbor to Pulimuttu at 5 pm. The closing session will be inaugurated by film star Manju Warrier.
