One Night One Dollar! Thailand invite tourists to Phuket

Phuket, Thailand’s most popular tourist destination and city, is set to attract a large number of tourists. Thailand, which is slowly returning to its former glory after covid, has begun preparations to receive tourists to Phuket from July 1.

For that, a hotel room will be prepared for travelers for one dollar (approximately Rs. 72). The government has introduced a new scheme called ‘One Night One Dollar’. The new project was introduced by the Tourism Council of Thailand. Currently, this offer is only available in Phuket. Tourists can book world-class hotel rooms for a dollar. This amount is for one night stay.

Normally a room in Phuket would cost between Rs 2400 and Rs 7000. But because of covid, the hotel sector and tourism collapsed. The government has come up with a new plan to get out of it.

If the project is successful, the same will be conducted in Bangkok and Koh Samui. Currently, only vaccinated tourists are allowed to enter Phuket. Travelers should also carry a Covid Negative Certificate.
