Mall of Travancore opens its doors on March 23
Malabar Group’s much-awaited gift for Trivandrum, Mall of Travancore is all set to unveil officially by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on March 23rd at 3 pm.
The Mall, located just near the International airport, will deliver the largest shopping experience to the people of Trivandrum. “The Mall has been built up with the consistent handwork and perseverance of Malabar Group representatives for the past 12 years”, said M P Ahmed, Malabar Group Chairman.
With an investment of over 400 crores, the mall is spread across 6.5 lakh sq ft and houses 3 floors, that act as an umbrella for over 300 global brands including Adidas, Allen Solly, Apple, Arrow, Baskin Robbins, Bata, Jockey, KFC, Malabar Gold and Diamonds, Park Avenue, VIP, and Woodland
The mall features one of the largest hypermarkets, that offers all kinds of products for various categories such as jewellery, electronics & home appliances, gaming zone, seven multiplex theatres by Carnival group and much more that offers the best shopping experience.
One of the major highlights of the mall is its underground and terrace parking facility, that can hold over 1000 cars and 1,200 two-wheelers.
The mall has a strong human resource, that offers a wide range of job opportunity for over 2000 people directly and 1000 people indirectly in accordance with the educational qualifications.
“The mall has special pavilions on the outside premise to conducts various events and fest,” said Kishore Kutty, General Manager Operations, Mall of Travancore.
The mall would be fully functional from March 23rd between 10 am and 11 pm on working days and 10 am to 12 pm on weekends.
