Incredible India website gets makeover

The current Incredible India website looks not much different from any usual government-rum websites. Realising this, the ministry is now giving a makeover to the website. The beta version of the website looks chic and interesting with all the necessary information neatly arranged. The website is also interactive in nature, which lets the traveller select their itinerary  according to the experience they look for, the days in their kitty and suitable for the king of travel group. The new dynamic website also gives ample importance to the fan photos and social media expressions by the travellers.

Ministry of Tourism is developing a new Incredible India website, leveraging the latest trends in technology for promotion and marketing of our country, to provide enhanced visitor experience with personalization and to realise the objectives of the Incredible India 2.0 campaign, informed K J Alphons, Minister for Tourism.

“This new website is aimed at providing an interactive and engaging experience for all visitors by providing relevant, interactive and immersive experience across multiple digital touch points (website, and mobile app),” he said.

It is expected to make the Incredible India website a one-stop-shop for all tourists planning to visit India/ Indian Destinations by providing complete details on destinations and enabling end to end planning. “The website and mobile app will be used to measure each individual’s digital journey and analyze both intent and behaviour of the visitors through appropriate aggregation and thereby discovering high-value tourist segments. This will also enable the Ministry to judiciously target their campaigns and identify the preferred engagement touch-points across all digital assets,” added the minister.
