Malaika Arora to lead XYoga Dubai

Malaika Arora is Bollywood actress, performer, fitness, yoga enthusiast, and  what not! She has been making waves in the country and across the globe with her yoga pictures. Malaika is now joining a line-up of over 35 international and local experts at XYoga Dubai on March 16-17, at Dubai’s Kite Beach.

More than 60 classes will be conducted at different zones, with the opening day featuring a mass yoga session at 8am. The registration to  over 60 complimentary classes & workshops designed can be accessed at www.xyogadubai.com.

With 60 classes, 25 yoga styles and 35 yogis, the organisers are expecting over 10,000 people for two days of yoga, reflection, community activities and entertainment.

Malaika will join Yogi Cameron in co-leading the festival’s opening session for 1000 yogis, March 16, at 8 am.

Harvard Business School-trained strategist Teresa Kay Aba-Kennedy will lead sessions that include Breath and Burn as well as Blissful Vibration whereas healthy living blogger and author of Namaslay, Candace Cabrera Moore, will be leading a Deep Core Strength class as well as a Yoga Nidra guided meditation session. Indonesian TV-star turned yogi, Anjasmara will lead Vinyasa of a Grateful Heart and Candi Dasa Nectar Flow sessions and strength and mobility yogi Daniel Morgan, with lead sessions Hands As Feet as well and Twist out the Tension. Chocolate Yoga instructor, Sjha’ra Taylor will deliver her signature Chocolate Yoga class at the event. Ninety-year-old Tao-Porchon Lynch is expected to share her message virtually to the attendees.
