Rs 1,200 crore sanctioned to solve Delhi Pollution

It was a huge solace for the residents of Delhi, after the central ministry’s approval came upon for a sum of Rs 1,200, for eradicating the drastic air pollution.

The project assurance was exclusively announced at an event by the NITI Ayog CEO Amitabh Kant, which includes ensuring clean air for the residents of Delhi.

The air quality of Delhi was even worsened recently from October to December, as a result of burning agricultural by-products from the neighbouring states surrounding Delhi.

Meanwhile, media reports state that a top-notch task force under the principal secretary was appointed by Prime Minister to tackle the situation, that mainly observes vehicles, pollution causing industries, proper waste disposal etc.
