KTDC upgrading online booking system

Upgrading KTDC’s online booking system. The updated online booking system will be operational this month. The channel manager software system is designed to help international and domestic tourists to book KTDC hotels more quickly and efficiently.

This is the first step towards making KTDC hotels part of the global tourism network. The channel manager software system will be used to make live bookings at KTDC hotels from the world’s leading booking portals such as, Agoda, India’s leading portals such as Make My Trip, Goibibo, and the central public sector undertaking IRCTC. This system will be implemented for the first time at the Grand Chaitram Hotel in Thiruvananthapuram.

Following the second wave of covid, KTDC is preparing various programs to activate and attract the tourism sector in the state. Minister visited the Mascot Hotel and the Grand Chaitram Hotel to assess the preparations.
