Dubai Safari Park closed; again will open in September

Dubai Safari Park closed for three months. The park closed to protect the animals from hot weather. The Dubai Municipality has announced that the park will open in September with more facilities. During this period the animals live in a comfortable environment in harmony with their natural habitat. During the park closure, steps will be taken to upgrade services, improve animal habitats and make repairs.

Ahmed al-Sarhani, Director of Public Parks and Recreational Facilities, said many people had arrived at the park in this covid time. Excellent security was provided for visitors. The park is home to over 3000 species. The park is spread over 119 hectares and includes the African Village and the Asian Village. The park will open three months later with more facilities in these.
