Fern Hotels Launches its new midscale business hotel at Noida, plans for 6 more in 2021

Concept Hospitality Pvt Ltd has announced the opening of The Fern Residency, a midscale business hotel, in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This would be the third hotel that the company is operating in both the state and in the NCR region. The other functioning properties in UP are in Agra and Sarnath (Varanasi). This takes the number, managed by the company  74 operational hotels (including Nepal and Seychelles) with six more hotels scheduled to open by the year-end.

The 45 key hotel is centrally located in Sector 104 in Noida, with good connectivity to all major corporate hubs.

Suhail while sharing details on the brand’s presently running properties, said, “With the opening of The Fern Residency, Noida, we have further consolidated our position in North India. We are increasing our presence steadily and are on target to open 100 hotels very soon. As of now, we have reopened almost all our hotels and resorts post the national lockdown. We are getting great feedback from our guests.”

Noshir A Marfatia, Senior Vice President – Sales & Marketing at The Fern Hotels and Resorts said during the launch “Despite difficult times, we are very bullish on the Indian hospitality and tourism market. We have already started witnessing a spike in domestic travel, whereas corporate business travel has started coming back and a decent revival of small destination weddings. We opened 12 hotels this year and six more will be coming up by early 2021.”
