Radhanagar Beach at Havelock Island, Andaman and Nicobar Islands become one among the 25 best beaches in the world as per TripAdvisor’s annual Travelers’ Choice 2019. Radha Nagar came 16th in the list of 25 best beaches in the world and first in the best beaches in Asia.
Popular for its breath taking beauty, Radhanagar Beach or Beach No. 7 is located on the gorgeous Andaman Island. Blue sea and white sand make this beach a perfect spot to relax in the midst of nature’s bounty.
The beach is located 7 kilometres away from Vijaynagar Beach and Dolphin Yatri Niwas and about 12 kms from Havelock Island. The lush and verdant trees on the side of beach offer tourists opportunity to unwind and relish the serenity and nature’s charm. The breathtaking sight of sunset on this beach makes the tourists forget all the woes of life.

“It was an exceptional experience. It feels like heaven here with cleanliness and the view is breath taking. For me it was the first time to a beach with white sand. Not too many people and absolutely safe. I can stay here for life,” wrote one visitor in Trip Advisor about the beach.“It was a sheer joy to be at this most clean, white sand and blue water beach. Minimum people were there and the sun rise and sun set were amazing. The view from the beach is some pretty islands on side, water in middle and lush green trees on the land side. We spent three full days on the beach as the same was mesmerizing. Recommend everyone to visit,” wrote another visitor.

Brazil’s Baia do Sancho took first place in the TripAdvisor’s annual Travelers’ Choice Awards. Baia do Sancho outranked 352 beaches for the top spot and is described by TripAdvisor members as ‘magical, ‘extraordinary’ and ‘paradisiac.’
Varadero Beach Varadero, Cuba got second place in the list. Eagle Beach – Palm – Eagle Beach; Aruba, La Concha Beach –San Sebastián, Spain, Grace Bay Beach – Providenciales, Turks and Caicos; Clearwater Beach – Clearwater, Florida; Spiaggia dei Conigli – Sicily, Italy; Seven Mile Beach – Seven Mile Beach, Cayman Islands; Playa Norte – Isla Mujeres, Mexico; Seven Mile Beach – Negril, Jamaica are the other beaches beaches came in the top ten list.
The ratings are based on the quantity and quality of traveller reviews and ratings on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. The travel and booking site recognized 352 total beaches around the world in its rankings of the top beaches in the country and globally.
